It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.

These guys get tweak at any slander towards there Koran that when they see this they will probably try and hunt the guy down for what he did, looks like he can defend himself and probably will have to.
We are fighting people that are just completely nuts, I watched a thing on CNN about a week or two ago that went into there schools and showed how dam near from birth they are taught to hate America and that we should all die and how it is far better to die a martyr then it is to live a happy life. It was incredible but gave an insight into how they wind up as radicals, still you would think at some point a normal brain would say wait, I don’t want to die or strap a bomb on myself and be a martyr.
I think my wife has it drop some nukes and turn the fricken place into a parking lot and be done with it.
