I really, really like your use of color and light in this one, Charlotte. Thanks for showing it to us. Hope things are a bit better for you...I know we haven't talked in a little while. Best wishes, George

Ah! The foreigners put on such airs Wearing the tangerine suits And their harlequin eyes. The pain they inspire Draws in harmonica melodies And the feathers of birds Which flame up at their touch. It all comes to light in the sheer Debonair. (Ellen)

Charlotte thanks for posting the water color. I enjoy seeing your efforts. Are these paintings being done on location?

thx, guys. Yes, george, I am doing better - thx. I appreciate the vibes and prayers - they really help. No, Antonio. The little catholic church in crows landing below is the only one in the challenge that I did on scene. It was painted just before the challenge started. I use photographs, drawings, and memory. God has a sense of humor. I have a photographic memory but I'm nearsighted, mildly colorblind, and photosensitive, and sometimes the memory visual occurs in negative color.
