I forgot to tell you guys, while we were visiting my bro-in-law down in Ensenada on Saturday, his wife told me about their neighbor lady's cure for her headaches.
Eat two quail eggs at breakfast each day. After 3 months, no more headaches.
I just smiled at her and said, "Cool".

Their neighbor lady's headaches must be sinus headaches. Chinese medical practitioners have used quail eggs for thousands of years to successfully combat rhinitis (inflammation of the lining of the nose).
