VIBES for RICHr8

I talked to Rich for a while tonight....he's having a rough time.
The last 2 weeks have really gotten him down. He's running on little to no sleep since the CH gets him every hour when he goes to bed. He's had to take some extra days off work, just to try and make it thru.
He would never ask for himself...but I know he'd appreciate whatever vibes you guys can spare.
