I don't know if one or two of you know but Helen has been quite poorly lately, and after a bout of Pneumonia a while before Christmas, she has not been able to get back to her full health again.
So unfortunately Helen had to be taken into Hospital yesterday and is now receiving some IV fluids and they are doing some tests!
I am sure she would value your prayers and vibes!
