OK, it's just a cat you say... No this is the walking dead. She is 12 weeks old and at ~ 2 weeks I found her on the patio in the cold rain...grey skin, stiff as a board and basically dead. I put her and her brither under a heat lamp, forced fed them and did my critter Voodoo. She is a bit stunted compared to her brother but well enough. Life is a strange thing. A gift. Strong yet so fragile. This animal was dead. Rock solid stiff, cold as the rain that fell on her and grey as stone. No hint of breath.........she was laying there for hours before I came home to find her. The name says it all..Zombi. http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7df23b3127cce8033a3eba36d000000151 00AZuWzdi0Ys2IA -P.

Wow... that's quite a story, and a pretty cool kitty, too. She'll never forget what you did for her. I didn't know you did critter voodoo. Could you do something about chewy?

Zombi is fortunate to have found your patio in her time of need. Glad this story had a happy ending.

Zombi's a sweetie, and a very lucky one at that. There is just something about a man who cares enough about the helpless little kitty cat, who hand feeds same kitty, who pets same kitty, who holds same kitty closely to warm her..... Jeez, that's a definite chick magnet! We women fall for that every time! All you other guys oughta give it a try. Sandy

Dear Paul, How wonderful, your finding and your caring, both! If you're not already active in SPCA or similar organizations, you might want to consider it. People like you are desperately needed by our animal friends. I loved the picture and wish all the best in 2007 for you and your adoptees--I suspect your good karma will surprise you with many unexpected happinesses in the months ahead. Thanks again for caring-- Barbara

Did you ever see the movie "Pet Sematary?" No, seriously--it's a pretty amazing story. She looks just fine. Can't believe you managed to revive her. Best, George

Ah! The foreigners put on such airs Wearing the tangerine suits And their harlequin eyes. The pain they inspire Draws in harmonica melodies And the feathers of birds Which flame up at their touch. It all comes to light in the sheer Debonair. (Ellen)

It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.
