This is from a photo by my painting buddy Baretto (who used to live in Mexico).  The museum is in a former monastery and the architects who restored it left part of it in ruins.  The museum contains hundreds of masks of animals, mermaids, devils and old men that belonged to Zacatecan painter Rafael Coronel, and also displays a collection of archaelogical pieces and puppets from the Rosete Aranda company.

I kind of like it even if it does look like parts of the old Erie Railroad Terminal here in town that they are working on.
