Kathy you need an account with somewhere (free!) like photobucket as your pic needs to have a url. If you upload it to a free site it will give you the url, some sites attach the tags and some don't. You need to put [ img] at the beginning and [/ img] at the end of the url without spaces but I'll happily talk you through it if you need help. It sounds daunting but it isn't - I can do it after all!
