Promoted and Relocating

I applied for a job with the same company, but in a different city. I got it, and it's a huge opportunity for me. I'll be working inside of a large electrical manufacturing plant (they make breaker boxes, outlet boxes, etc... for the home) doing purchasing, and some selling. My salary will just about double.
It will be a high profile position, the amount this company is planning on spending will make us the number 1 branch in the company. The branch I work at now, is number 8 out of 2000 branches, and we do an incredible amount of business, and very high volume, of which about 2/3rds I am directly responsible for. The guy I will be working with, he was the manager of the branch in the same town, and that one does about 1/10th the business that I do. I think it will be a good fit.
I'll be relocating about 40 miles away, and I hate moving in the winter! Especially after the snow we just got- 14". I'm getting too old to commute.
I can't wait to start!! We'll be working inside the plant, and I've heard nothing but good things about it, and the people that work there. My last day here in Peoria is this Friday, and I start there Monday. Because of the storm, I can't get internet hooked up till the 15th. That will suck, but I have plenty to keep me busy till then. Geez, moving is such a pain in the butt. It'll be worth it though! I'm really looking forward to it!

I'm moving to Lincoln, Illinois, just a small city compared to Peoria, but I'll like it. Yep, I should be able to make it to Richmond. And thanks for the offer, jimmers, but I've got everything all lined up.
I'm packing up my computers tonight, so I'll just have the laptop till Saturday. But, I'll be back after the cable guy hooks me up.

Since you'll have the laptop, there are plenty of places that offer free WiFi (chain bagel and sandwich shops come to mind). We'll expect you not to miss a beat here whilst those big, young, strong men move your stuff.
