Just watching some of our mountain bike vids from this summer when I was in remission and I was on top of my game. Now that my "friend" is back and I am on meds I can't even put my bike on the trainer. My mucles ache and have no energy, Nero said this could happen and I can live with it but to go from 30 km a day rock riding to this is a little depressing. I can be fortunate that the meds are keeping me pf for now. I feel better now, just needed to vent. Barry

Give yourself a bit of time to recover. You'll be back to 100% soon. I understand the frustration

Barry Ever try hoping on that bike during a CH ?? Sometimes for me I can hop on my treadmill and crank it up as high as I can walk and it will help abort the CH. Seems like if I get my body really working The increased O2 an blood flow will take it away. Skilly

If I lived closer I would be there to help dig you two out. Might get a dusting of snow here just in time for rush hour...glad I work from home most of the time.

Funny how my ch came back right after we stopped biking for the season. Maybe I will try to jump on my bike with my next hit, if I can find it with my eye full of fluid. Thxs, we will try anything. Barry

Sounds like a good idea, Barry. Give yourself some time to rest and feel better.
