I am amazed

I had one of those very comprehensive eye exams yesterday, and I fully expected him to tell me that behind my right eyeball it looked like tigers and bears had mated there. Blood, guts, hanging shreds of tissue..etc.
He said my eyes were fine.
How in the name of anything rational can that be? Over 19 years of being chronic that right eye has felt like Joan of Ark probably did... over 10 million times.
and yet no damage. 
Just a rhetorical question. No one needs to respond.

It's a conspitacy supported by the drug companies silly, they have a cure they can inject right into your eyeball and kill that little bastard with the hammer, picks and chain saw. and stop the pain forever....where's the money in that??????????

Not the haunted forest you imagined Dorothy, certainly no cowardly lions in there either, just a sweet Aunty Em type in those round crystals of yours. No worries. If he had gazed in and turned around and said, "Run Toto Run!" then we'd know he was telling "blonde munchkin" jokes.

It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.
