It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.

| Yes I did. I made two trips one two days 940 miles; the other about 650 miles. Great roads. I am fairly conservative when driving those roads. I have a 01 Concours. http://www.dealsgap.com/ John

My family is from right their in walland before the smoky mountains always go up on the 4th of july got a yamaha R1. The things been acting up though and I am not even sure the shop knows whats up with it, started backfiring in throttle, moving. and it kills when you shift lke the kickstand is down. If you have any pointers let me know. So far I have replaced the Stator assy, put new jet kits in, full tune up just about 800. in and frustrated.

| I would go to the R1 forum and give symptoms and ask for advice. Sounds like to me that the new jets might not be right along with some other issues? http://www.r1-forum.com/forums/index.php John
