Apologize for taking so long in letting u guys know about me. Last 3 days, I've been dancing with the band and then I couldn't log on because of tech difficulties. I am a manager of an automotive industry. I work 14 hours a day. Have a beautiful, loving and supportive wife and two children, one girl 14 will be 15 tomorrow and the little "scooter" boy, 8 yrs old. Been with wife for 14 years, but CH for over 20 years. Meds I use now are Trex (pill), Ultram, and Pred. I am now on the 4th week dancing and it comes usually 2 or 3 times a day and last for about 2 months. Yeap!! it hits at work!! This past Tuesday, a customer came to pay their bill and beast wouldn't even let me look at them in the eye to say thank you. He is some kind of S.O.B.

Your not alone. You may want to consider the trex injector...works quickly and can make work more liveable.

Sorry you had to join our little clan but welcome. Another thing that is very safe and effective is oxygen. Click on the oxygen info on the left. You could keep a tank at work and a larger one at home.Most HA's are gone within 15 minutes. Again, welcome.

Sorry to hear that you are suffering so. I don't see where you mentioned Oxygen. If you haven't troed it, read up and give it a try. It works well for many of us as an abortive.

Last year Doc gave me the O2 and didn't explain to me when to use it. Me like a dumbass, started dancing and headed for the tank. Was I suppose to use both? Trex and O2. Because when I took that O2 when the monster came on, it played louder. I'll read up on it though. Thankx

Its nice to meet you, Oxygen if used correctly is the best abortive I've ever used (for me personally) I can abort an attack in 5-7 minutes using a clustermasx which we can tell you more about later. Lets get you up and running with the O2 first! There are most definitely tricks and tips to using it and we'll help all we can with that. Read the link on o2 above and come back and we'll help with any questions. I'd also agree about the trex injections but I'll add zomig nasal sprays as an option too as the half life is longer so you get longer without hits. The important things to remember with triptans are, only two doses in 24 hours (zomig is three) maximum and don't mix triptans within 24 hours of each other.
Any questions, ask.. there are no stupid questions with the exception of the one you should've asked and didn't. If you get a reply you don't understand, ask again! No one will mind, we want you to be pain free and we'll do all we can to get you there.
