It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.

Sean ole buddy you have no idea how timely that tune is.
I was asked to arrange a hometown homecoming for a young Charlestown hero tommorow coming home from Iraq.
So I did.
Its complete with color guard, motocade down Main Street, a few scattered Congressman and a police escort.
Guess what will be playing when he reaches the reception hall.
