I knew these guys when they were still unsigned and on the indie label 'Rescue Records'. The music distribution company I worked for carried their stuff.
Considering "Snuff The Punk" was pretty lame, it just goes to show what can happen when a good producer gets ahold of an average band and gets the best out of them.
I will say this though: Sonny, the singer is a very very cool dude. I got to chat with him awhile back in '95 when he hung out at our booth (we used to have alot of bands hang out at fests)... one of these days I want to get my pics scanned from back then.
I still say "Southtown" was POD's best album.
