OK - so last night at work we were all talking about our heritage. It's FRIKKIN amazing how many of us are MUTTS. Me - for instance I'm German, Scottish, English, Irish, French, (father's side) and Italian, French, and American Indian (mother's side) French on both sides.... Do I LOOK Irish to yoU??? LMAO Ramon's a weirdo - but a lot less complicated... He's a black Russian. (a smooth drink of wataaaa) His father was from Mississippi, and his mother imported from Russia.... (via canada...LOL) so he's 1/2 Russian, 1/2 African American. So I think my daughter is just everything. so - what are you? just wonderin woobs edited to make it a little easier to read.

HAAAAAAAAAA (nice try, sister! LOL) Ramon doesn't have any Canadian in him - his mom just lived there... LOL but - he still has family that lives there... his mother's sisters and his grandparents. They came over here (to UP there...) from Russian during WWII. His grandfather was a POW and spent a long time in the concentration camps and survived.. They were rescued by the Mennonites and taken to Canada... where they stayed... (They wrote a book - it's an interesting story.) except Ramon's mother ... who came down here - met Ramon's father (awesome man!) and that's that. anyhow....... yep - I gotta lot in me. I think that's why I'm so screwed up! I have inner battles being fought on a cellular level! LMAO i need to go to bed.. peace woobs

Heinz 57 here. My mother and grandparents came over from England in the early 50's. (Nottingham) My father's paternal heritage is scottish, his grandfather came to Canada from Scotland, and then lived in the US where my grandfather was born. My Dad's maternal ancestors are norwegian. The story is that the Dalgety's of Scotland spread out between Canada, Australia, and India. There's a little place in Australia called Dalgety Downs, and apparently every last Dalgety was shot. We never determined if the lineage that went to Australia went on a prison ship or by choice No one has been able to trace any of the Dalgety's that went to India, and then there's us Canadians. Cat

My Dad is American - supposed to be half dutch, 1/8 seminole indian, 1/8 basque immigrant (the kind that came from spain and married everyone and still called themselves basque), and 1/4 scotch. My Mom is American - supposedly german, english, welsch, & scotch (unknown proportions). I think that explains why I am close with a penny and where I get my eyes and my crazy hairline. (maybe I'm a 5th of scotch?) My husband is American - half german, and half Irish, Commanche & Appache. Our kids are an interesting looking lot, all tall. They love to argue, are musically inclined, and are very gregarious. c

my grandmother and grandfather on my fathers side came to america in 1914 so half of me is pure dutch . But on my mothers side I am english and Irish My earliest Grandparents came to america in 1630 his name was John Maverickand his wife was Mary Gye Maverick he was the puritan minister for the colonies there son Samuel Maverick( my uncle) lived in Boston and is the Maverick that Maverick square is named after Of the first 3000 people who came to america I have 10 sets of Grandparents so that makes me about as american as you can get. I am an amateur genealogist in my spare time My clusterheadaches seem to be from the Dutch side my dad had them and so did his brother See you at Davcon Woobs and Ramon

WOW - I never woulda thought I looked Irish!!! I always thought Irish were a red headed, fair skinned, freckled lot. Bethany, that's funny! Boonie that's cool! See you at DavCon too! Cathi - you're funny! 5th generation beach bunny! Is there a website or something that helps you track your geneology? One that doesn't cost money and is relatively "easy"? I dont know the first thing about doing it. Mutts make the best dogs.........

| I don't know specific URL's, but the Mormons (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints) have turned geneology into an art form. Google 'em.
