Thanks for posting this its very interesting, last time I saw my Neuro, she said that I had Seep Apnea, and was going to arrange for me to go to a sleep lab. Good to read a bit more about it Cheers Roy

King, thank for your reply, I'll let you know what they say. Just as an aside, a friend of mine who has suffered with restless leg, has found great relief from it by drink a large glass of good quality tonic water before going to bed at night. It has to be one with a high quinine content, over here it is scwheppes tonic water, the best there is. I know it sound like an old wives tale but it does work, apparently the quinnine does something. Can't hurt to try, you could always put a large gin in it!! Cheers Roy

Thanks for the links and info KOP. I have sleep apnea, and while treating it didn't cure my CH, it has sure made a ton of difference in my sleep.

Treating my severe sleep apnea (which I still do via CPAP) did nothing for my CH.

| No, I didn't mean to imply that you did. Sorry about that. When I was first diagnosed with OSA, I was hoping beyond hope that there was a connection. When I discovered there wasn't, I was disappointed, but boy oh boy do I sleep well now! Even when I'm in cycle, I only wake up once per night, about 90 min. after I fall asleep. Before the CPAP, I would awaken multiple times per night when in cycle. I guess, in a way, it has helped my CH situation.
