JD just handed me his Tooth !

LOL he is a tuff young man. His tooth was lose this moring no where near falling out. I told him give it a few days and it would fall out. The little bugger pulled it himself and handed it to me. LOL
He lost his fist baby tooth! How much is the tooth fairy leaving under pillows these days? Its been many years since my kids lost there tooth I am sure inflation has caused a increase!

Let me tell you about JD and money. We took a unbrella and throw his money in, every week he gets money for helping around the house. He won't spend it unless he really really wants something. Every six months we take it to the bank all but $10 ! He hunts for money with his medal detator every where we go. I hope he keeps doing this through life.
When you ask him what he collects he will tell ya Money LOL

Well--therein lies a tale, as they say....
When mine was little and losing teeth, we used to leave a dollar. She quickly decided that this was a good deal, and used to leave notes for the tooth fairy, trying to up the ante. She once asked for a Gameboy.
The little teeth were put in envelopes under her pillow so the tooth fairy wouldn't have to search too hard for it. On one envelope, she wrote that she'd actually lost eight teeth, and had swallowed the others, so the tooth fairy owed her eight dollars.
After a while, we began to notice a suspicious number of envelopes showing up--the kid had to be losing more teeth than an opossum. After checking out some previous envelopes, we discovered that they'd been "salted" with very small rocks.
Watch out that you don't get scumdogged like we were.

My dauther gets $1. But there was once that they tooth fairy was late.
(She pulled out her tooth and did not tell us she had done it. She has a little fairy that is holding out her hand and there is a little purch hanging from the hand and she puts the tooth in htere.)
The tooth fairy gave her $2.50 because she did not get to it right away.

I think when Elijah lost his tooth (he also pulled it out and ran up to mommy excitedly) the tooth fairy gave him $5. His was wiggly though before he pulled it out, but he was a trooper about it.
