need help getting CH and OUCH merchandise to OZ

Gday,
Is anyone able to give me a suggestion on how I can get OUCH and CH gear to OZ.
I would love to update my tattered OUCH t shirts and get some CH shirts however the CH shirts dont get shipped overseas?

I can get that.
However the CH shirts cant arent listed when you click the international shipping link.
