To my friends in the North.
I'd like to volunteer my services and help with this terrible situation. Being from N. California I feel I'm more than qualified to tackle this hainess issue! I will just need to pack my 4 ft bong and I can be on scene within a few days. Canada should not have to bear this burden alone! Your friend.....cough....hack......hey is that a snickers bar, cool.........what were we talking about???
