Shocked Hey, Jeffb, don't I know you from somewhere?  Did you go to high school in Torrance?  I think you dated some blonde who was madly in love with you.  I remember you were pretty damn hot.  Do you still have that gorgeous dark hair?  I remember that smile and those dimples of yours were pretty hard to resist.  I am sure our paths crossed at a party or two.  Quarters anyone?

I hadn't read that statement yet so thanks for posting it. It hits pretty close to home for me because my dad is a WWII vet. He was a tail-gunner in a B-26 Marauder and was stationed in both England and France. For England, I have all the respect in the world. For France, ptuiii--I spit on them. They would've been Heil-ing Hitler along with most of the world if it wasn't for us and England, and all they do is undermine everything we try to do. The REAL flag of France is a white handkerchief. OK--I'm done now. Sorry for the vent, but who better to take my frustration over this CONSTANT SHADOW out on than the French?

Its ironic that you would take out your frustration on something or someone you consider weak.  You are a Republican, right?
Keep in mind, if it weren't for the French in the American Revolution, we would all be speaking English right now.

Ah! The foreigners put on such airs
Wearing the tangerine suits
And their harlequin eyes.
The pain they inspire
Draws in harmonica melodies
And the feathers of birds

It all comes to light in the sheer
Debonair.
