Hey this is Brie. Jims daughter, my parents dont know im doing this but my dads back in the hospital.
I was on the computer last night and i turned around and my dad was on the floor, he blacked out and he wouldnt respond to me.So we took him to the ER. They admitted him and they might be doing the surgery tomorrow.
I personally wanted to thank everyone for all their support and love that you have been giving it means the world to all of us.
I love my dad to death, hes my best friend and it kills all of us to see him this way.The thing that scares me is that he doesnt even remeber that he blacked out, or that he was on the floor.Hes lost alot from having this dieses, but him talking to you all makes all of it go away for awhile.
So thank you soo much for everything, and I just wanted to let you all know where he is,because I know he gets on here everyday!

I understand about your dad being your best friend - my dad and I are really close, too and it is so scary when things happen!! Thanks for letting us know, Brie - your dad posted about how happy you made him yesterday when you kissed him and told him you love him. I love to hear that stuff. 
Don't you worry about your dad, ok? He's a real tough guy, all clusterheads are. I know it's scary what you went through last night but maybe this will push the surgery ahead for him a little bit and he'll get some relief quicker. All things happen for a reason, darlin, ok? You hang in there.
Please tell your dad that we love him and are pulling for him, prayers going up. Please also keep us posted when you can!

Brie - Upper right, along the top bar where the "Reply" button is - there's an option to print the whole thread (it'll print without most of the graphics). Let this thread build up a little then print it and take it to him. I was recently in the hospital for three days, and when my wife did this same thing, it was the highlight of my stay.

I just talked to Jim.
Everything is gonna be ok. Kathy and the girls are with him.
Evidently had a CH worse than any he's ever had....off the Kip scale for him. He said the CH has never hit him as fast as it did last night...I guess he passed out before he could get to the 02 or any meds. 
When I called, Brie answered in his room...Jim wanted to know how I found out...so while I was telling him...Brie took Kathy out to the hallway, and fessed up to coming here and making the post. As you can see, Brie knows how important Jim is to us, and she also knows how important we are to him.
