clustermasx mouth piece

Any 1 have any tips on using the clustermasx mouth piece as i am having to use it after busting my masx during back to back kip 10`s which imi didnt touch. My mouth and lips are extreamly sore and splitting in a few places as i am clamping down so hard on it so any tips you could give me would be wonderful. Dape

It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.

I had that problem until I basically had to train myself to put more effort in holding the piece with my hand instead of relying on my mouth to keep it in and straight. I also found that concentrating on breathing deeper and longer, eased my jaw enough to not clench it so hard. hugs, mel
