I feel like crying. I wanna run to you and have you hold me tight. I miss eveything about you and I feel so alone. Why can't you be here? Why can't you take me home? I love you and you don't know. The pain wells inside. It just won't go. Tears flow like a river. Leaving trails in the dust. Unable to tell you how I feel. I hold my head high. Only crying when I'm alone. All that others see is a face of stone. I wish you where here. I feel like crying. Thank you. Always, Felicia

I really like your poetry. :3 It evokes a lot of emotions and images when read, either silently or out loud.

Heres a few more. Silently Alone That look you give me, sends shivers down my spine. And the screaming of the silence echos through my mind. The pain won't fade and you don't understand. though you don't know it, you hold my heart in your hand. You don't know the pain I feel, and don't even try. Just walk away, and leave me to silently cry. For the Clusters: I Stayed With You When I found you, you where banging your head against the wall. I was scared to death when I got your call. I knew just what to do, to try and sooth your pain. I held you close and let your tears fall like the rain. You begged me not to leave and I promised I wouldn't. I stayed with you into the night even though I knew I shouldn't. When you finally fell asleep I smiled at your peace. And thanked the gods to have finally killed the beast. Always, Felicia

I've got goosebumps from reading those Felicia. Remind me again how old you are because my daughter will be 13 in May and she couldn't write like that in ten years never mind two.. You are going to be one phenomenal woman, you already are but wow, when you hit you're majority the world is going to know it! I only know one other kid like you and I know you know him too! You're amazing Helen

A Day in My Imagination The sky will shine. The wind will softly blow. I will look at the far off moutains covered in sparkling snow. The fowers will fill the air with sweet perfume. And the soft sweet music to which we dance will consume. I will lay in the long grass to watch the clouds take shape. And let the warmth of the day lull me to sleep like a heave drape. When the warm rain starts to fall I will dance like a child once again. Hope you guys like it. I know they've been really dark lately so I thought I'd change it up. Still not may words that haven't already been said so I'll leave you to yourselves but I'd like to know what you think. Always, Felicia

Oh Felicia I love this one, it describes things I love to do and feels like you've taken a walk through my mind (sorry for the lack of things to do in there!) I could lie watching clouds all day (or stare into a fire) seeing castles and dragons.. I can sit here and get lost in thought just by the images you've conjured and it's a nice feeling. There's an innocence and a freshness in reading this that I've really needed after the horrid news events of the last few days. Thank you Helen

Those are kind of tough. (for me). My daughter and grand daughter lived with us for a little over a year (from one to two) then moved to Virginia. We got very close. I miss her soooo much. My wife and I are going down to see them the 13th of this month. We are pumped. You have a gift. I usually don't like poetry, yours hits the point. You should try to write for some of the card companies or try to get published-really!
