The way of fate & budgets & mates, sometimes we can not meet in person. I cherish the people I have met here, even if I never have the honor of your presence. love, Charlotte

| It's true that it's not always possible to meet in person. To meet in person is the ultimate....it seals the bond. I'll say again...there are good things that come from having CH. Never in my life have I had as much love and understanding as I've found here. You'll have the chance, Charlotte...one day you will. In the meanwhile, know that the support and love you give here, is cherished by many. Much love, Jean

Jean, Jean, Jean...........She met me. What more is there? Oh, and she met Guiseppi, and that monkey guy who works on the Golden Gate Bridge, and Cathi04 and Kathy Copeland and BobP and his lovely wife Sara too. Come to think of it after meeting us, she SHOULD have been scared off, don't ya think.??? Charlotte, I have been here from the beginning of this site and I STILL have many people I want and need to meet. BobW is right up there at the top of the list.

Felicia, I'm glad to have met you through your posts & your poems. There are young children with CH, but I can see your Dad's point, from many angles. I am glad we have the privilege of meeting here. Charlotte

There aren't many people I would want to talk to at 4:30 in the morning while drinking coffee to try to kill a shadow glenn

Uh-huh. Come to the next convention Big Guy and it will change your mind. Not one of us thought we could stand to be seen during an attack or even a shadow, until we met at conventions and decided differently because of all the love and understanding we recieved from each other. Not to mention ice packs appearing at the drop of a hat, 02 tanks being rolled in, jabs being administered, and people there to make explanations to strangers who may be around. Believe me we have educated quite a lot of people about CH this way. I remember this bar in New York....and Cat and I going into detail with the bartender. I laugh every time I think about it. And then there was the security guard at 2am in the lobby of the hotel in Dallas and good ol Charlie educating him.

I understand fully what you meant Big Guy. I got to go to the first DavCon for just a little while one day and got hit with just a little bit of one, and the guys I was talking with just went on as though it was the most normal thing in the world. It was one of the most refreshing things that has happened to me since CH. To be accepted as normal (not that I am lol) and not looked at as a freak. jc

I have meet Bob G as well as a few others from here in Vegas, but to be honest the only one that made a huge impact on me was Bob. This was right after I learned I had ti and still was really scared of CH. So I was really closed off and introverted. About a year after that I met Blue Meenie in Person and I will never forget him. He and his family where awesome. There are so many others that I want to meet in Person, but I know that if I never do that they are HERE for me whenever I need them.
