These are my normal hours...I'm always up till 3 or so. I know when you're here this time of the morning, it's bad news. 
I wish there was something I could do to stop your pain. It breaks my heart...

Hoping this passes and y'all get some sleep. I haven't been slammed since this morning, but in the same boat as 24 hours ago.... enough pressure in my head to make me avoid the bed. However, I picked up a few extra hours tonight at work and am exhausted... so I know it is inevitable.

Had to guzzle a red bull an hour ago. Dang that stuff is great but then sleep's gotta wait. Expect the next hit in 1 hour. The etank is standing by and usually works. Then the melatonin and I get to sleep (?)
Never thought I would have to plan a routine like that...
but I learned most of it here! Blessings to all and especially Tim, Charlotte, Jean, and Carl right now.

I got 20 minutes before you know who showed up for a bit of moshing. Trex kicked its ass pretty quick, but now I can't sleep.
