This seperation shit is rough....I aint got no meds to help with this one and should just walk through it but seeing my children suffer is just killing me....I do not feel strong today...I am sooo tired of this I just want to run away.

That's the other side of loving your children. Seeing them hurting really sucks. They will get through this, and as you see them feeling better and adjusting, hopefully you will too.

Mark hon there isn't any meds that'll help as you know, I wish there was. Being a consistent figure in your kids lives, being the dad you are and always will be is the most important thing. So much change is happening that they need continuity. Show them all the love you can but don't be tempted to spoil them with material stuff. In years to come they'll remember the cuddles but not the power rangers! They need to know, over and over again that you love them, you always will and no matter what else changes that never will.
It sort of helps us too I promise, reiterating it to them is a mantra for us too.
Time will pass and this will heal.. and we'll be here for you every time you need us
