I think I have started my cycle. I have swelling in my left side in my ear and nostril. Not as bad as usual but something is there . It started on Saturday. Just nags. I also had the sore throat on one side as usual for starters. I am going to bust more often now to try and break the cycle. Also I wonder if it will be different since I am busting. I pray shorter and not as much hell to come. It takes weeks before actual hits come. I don't feel quite right.
