just plain stupid.
I am sick of always taking pills, even if it is only 4 a day, so i have reduced my kudzu and lamictol to one a day... I am hoping that my body will re-adjust to the change over time... so far all it has done is wake the moster and cause brain rending bouts more often  ... I will "stay the course" for a couple of weeks to see if I can at least just stay on kudzu only.

Every couple months if it's been quiet, I test the waters for lowering verap down. Shadows for awhile I can take but if hits appear I'm quick to respond and take the added amount again over regular CH pain.
I like to be on the least amount necessary, but it's also necessary that kind of pain be prevented if it can.
