I don't often do this so bear with me.. I'm just so ecstatic!
I've had 16 days of pain free time now which is the longest I've ever gone and I've beaten my previous record of 15 days 
I usually get about ten days at a time with the RC seeds, this time I crumbled a shroom sput into the mix too. I had no effects from it whatso ever. Nothing.
No visual disturbances even which, I have to say was EXTREMELY disappointing as I was so hoping that when I looked in the mirror I wouldn't be able to see my wrinkles - I think you could class that as an "adverse side effect" actually couldn't you?! 
I'm just one VERY happy Helen!
