Kevin, isn't that a nice pic of my brain? Very pretty. I can take pics if you want, but it'll be just of deflated balloons cause I was doing their business a favor by ordering what he was looking for. Nevermind the $10 markup on each balloon plus delivery fee & tax... 
Do you know that for one 5 foot cloudbuster they charge $15.10? And that's through a cheap wholesale!

Jim, I have no idea! Buy a bunch of different sizes, test it out and get back to me.
Ok, I am sooo confused here! I still cannot figure out this whole tax thing. I emailed the WI Dept. of Revenue to ask them a few questions about if I need to charge sales tax (which I'm pretty sure I do) and if I need a sellers permit (which I am confused on since I do not just buy stuff and resell it the way I got it... Ok, except for this ONE TIME). I know I don't need a business licesnse, as it is not required in this state (I already called about that one).
I hate the IRS, I don't hate the people who work for them (you know who you are! ), I just think the whole damn system is confusing and frustrating and how so many more people would go into businesses for themselves if it were just more SIMPLE!
Fucking tax on this, but not on that, exempt? No, well, maybe? WTF?  *sigh*
