Have you ever had a feeling something really bad was coming? Having that right now! Really BAD MOJO GOING ON! Heart rate up, nerve endings tingling all over, difficulty breathing, sweet smell with every breath. Light headed even more than normal, off balance completely. Mike Not sure what to make of it.

Go find a quiet place, Mike. Sit down and concentrate on your breathing. Breathe in slowly, hold it, breathe out slowly... repeat several times. Then try to get yourself relaxed by sinking your muscles into the chair. Feel yourself going lower with each inhale. Close your eyes and think of something calm and peaceful.... hugging you, nani

| Get thee to a doctor. I'm no Bill Frist - it could be anxiety/panic disorder, could be something else. I've felt the way you describe for years. Had quite a few panic attacks. They are the emotional equivalent of clusters - except the red hot poker is in the alarm center of the brain, not in the nerve behind the eye. There are lots of things to do for anxiety/panic, but you need to know if that is in fact what you are experiencing. And the doc might give you something like xanax that works very well in the short term. Doesn't sound like a full blown panic attack, or you would 'know' that your brain was shutting down and you were dying. But when the anxiety ramps up, I know that I am on the edge of a panic attack, and it does sound like what you describe.

| All of the above and you'll feel sure you are going insane. Not a experience I wish to relive myself. Bill
