Still kicking just not very high or very often 
I got my ankle worked on friday
had two torn Ligaments one of witch was shreaded
so now Iam in a cast up to my knee, not getting a round very well
cant pace when I get hit now so Iam giving the rocking chair hell !!!
I,ll keep you posted
