Any info on TV for CH?

Just a quick question for all; In all my years of dealing with the cluster headaches, I have never seen a documentary, news clip or any information on TV about cluster headaches, and I watch a lot of informative TV. You would think with such a debilitating illness that you would at least see something on TV about cluster headaches.
So my question is; has anyone ever seen anything on TV regarding cluster headaches?

No one gives a shit, we are so few the drug makers wont even research drugs that can help us.....theres no $$$$ in it for them.
We are stuck with Migraine hand me downs....which do work for most of us.

It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.

I appeared in a news story a year ago about CHs. Maira
Ansara did a two part CH story. I was intervied as well as a Neuro from Carle Clinic & Hospital,
But that story only appeared locally.. I know that Maira sent it to National (NBC) but apparently they were not interested at the time. I will look into either her doing another story, or maybe even our new network; we went from NBC to ABC last fall.

References to CH on TV are few and far between. They are usually a minor side note to migraine programs. There have been a few headache programs on Discovery channel. one program had Simon Bower (he has a UK CH site) on the program. He was a paitent of Dr. Goadsby (sp?) who does research into CH.

Aki Peterson made a 1/2 hour documentary on CH, starring our own Drummer! Not sure if or where it ever aired. We viewed it at the Vancouver OUCH Convention.
