Just got hit...

The beast is full of surprises... 
Here I was, happily doing my chores, when I got hit.
Now, usually I would run to my fridge and get a Red Bull asap, but I was outside, taking the trash out and on my way to the library.
But, luckily for me, I had my handbag - and few caffeine tablets and some water (I carry little thermos with me sometimes) - with me. So, I had 2 100mg tablets asap and, thank goodness, the beast left. 5 mins and I was PF! 
This was a classic visit from the devil: from happy, relaxed PF into in total kip 7 agony in seconds. I hope that it's just the heat... I kinda like being episodic.

Stay on it ...Could be the heat because I have been sleeping nights for over a week and got hit the other morning at 4:15...I havent had another since but was sure I was out of cycle then WHAM!! Nice defensive move Sanna. I agree that it's probably the heat, I have never gotten any hit out of cycle and I have been heavily shadowing the past two weeks.
Fingers crossed that when the heat wave breaks, the beast will go back in his hole at least until he's due in fall of '07.

Actually this is not classic for CH. CH attacks usually take a few minutes from the first "feeling" that one is comming until the pain actually sets in and starts to ramp up. If you are going from PF to Kip7 in seconds, I'd be researching other types of headaches.

Sorry you got whacked...
Big hugs and vibes going out to you. The heat has been miserable here too, and I think that and all of the high pressure is what threw me back into cycle.
I know you have caffeine tabs, but have you ever taken Taurine tabs? I was reading on the meds board about the taurine and am gonna try and get some this weekend. It may be worth it to check out since Red Bull can get to be alot of $$$.
