 Hey all, its Summer, well about 4:15 this morning, I woke with a banger!! Ok I have been sleeping the night for over a week now and got hit , no warning been feeling great...what the?  huh? Anyway, did the routine with trex, o2 and ice and the beast left me drained like a wet rag on the floor. Crawled into bed and here I am no left over shadow, I usually get those after a banger. What gives.  ..My eye is still tearing a bit too.  I dunno, just wanted to vent a bit I just dont get it that it has never happened to me before when out of cycle I USUALLY STAY IN REMISSION.At least untill season's change, Sure hope the beast stays away from me, last cycle almost put me over the edge. Send vibes guys, little scared here....  Thanks , Summer

How many days since you were hit before?
My cycles do that sometimes--when things are pretty much over, I might get one last nudge from the Beast, days later. Just a reminder, I think.

hang on in there summerbabe i think were of a similar cycle(1 week pf today)but as i have learnt over the past 8 weeks,the beast can change is pattern faster than the wind,just stay strong and be ready at all times(i think it will be round about november 4 me next time,if it as left for now..hope your over this cycle soon good luck

Nothing like having to deal with the beast in summer as well. My cycles were October-November/March-April but now and then I'd get a one week bout with him just about this time of year. I never understood that.
