Another one of my favorites...thought you might enjoy.
Snicker Bar Cake
1 pkg. German Choc. cake mix
1 pkg. Kraft caramels
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
>>Mix cake mix as directed. Pour 1/2 of the batter into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 20 mins. at 350 degrees. Melt caramels with butter and milk. Pour over baked cake. Sprinkle with choc. chips and nuts. Dot remaining batter on top. Bake 20 mins. at 250 degrees and 10 mins. at 350 degrees. Doesn't really need icing, but I guess you could always add whipped choc. icing!!

I have tons of great diabetic recipes as well Jeff! My grandfather is diabetic and I came up with some great recipes that even my picky grandfather likes!!!
