Amazing photos that I thought I should share; Lest we forget Lower Manhattan and Northern New Jersey on 9/11...taken from 250 miles up by the International Space Station Mt. Etna erupting. San Francisco bay. You can actually see the water currents, in this photograph. Happy Friday.

I think the city to the right of Mt. Etna is Catania, I know it well. I used to walk outside my door and see Mt. Etna fuming every morning.

Beautiful stuff. Weird that the Bay Bridge doesn't show in that image. Charlie
