Had the cat scan

Hi all had the cat scan yesterday, long ass day, then I had to work...yuck.. anyway , my doc found a spot on the back of my brain towards base of skull. The spot is so deep in the brain tissue that exploratory surgery would be detramental to me. He also sees it as nothing to do with the passing out phase. No signs of stroke and I passed the emg test as well. Just wanted to inform you guys, must admit, the spot, size of dime , concerns me a bit...but doc doesnt find it to be relative to clusters , I am getting another opinion. Honestly I dont think he knows where it came from or what caused it..eeekkk...havent passed out , still in cycle , 3 hits a night, but abortable... Undecided send vibes.. tahnks all my best , Summer Wink

Well that kind of sucks Summer, I'm sending vibes that everything turns out ok. While you were getting your ct scan I was getting xrays and ultrasounds looking for a blood clot in my leg. Have to see a surgeon about knee damage also. your friend in painville

Turns out that I've had a spot on my cerebellum since birth, not seen until last year's MRI. Doc says not to worry and that it has nothing to do with my epilepsy. I never asked about CH though.

He also says that when I was recommended exploratory brain surgery about 27 years ago, he was pleased that I refused. Your are not supposed to explore that way, he says.

Don't do it either.
