Okay... Here's an easy one...
A doctor develops a miraculous surgery that is 100% effective at curing cluster headaches permanently with no side effects... Except... You have a 50% chance of dying during the surgery, and a 95% chance of dying within 5 years of having the surgery. Knowing the risk of death, but at the same time, the fact that you would never have another CH hit for as long as you live, would you have the surgery done?

Damn dude, you really need to follow the advice here and get something in your life. Even when getting hit all god damn dday long, this would be bullshit.
Damn if nothing else, sit on the couch with a mag or a porn and think about nothing but hairy palms for a bit.
