OK....

as some of you know I have been having a rough go of it lately. Tried everything this cycle, finally found something that works DHE.

Well I was going to the doctors office once a week and getting an IV treatment, and it was working. Sometimes I would get some small hits inbetween treatments but O2 could Knock them out.

So my brilliant doc decideds that we can give me the shots at home, Thomas and I go in last friday and they show THomas how to give me the shots.

Well it took from fri till today for the Pharmacy to even get in the shots, and I go to pick them up and for everything it is over $ 300.00  Shocked Shocked Shocked

So Convention or Meds that is my choice.....

See you guys Thurs. but for how long I do not know!!!

THanks everyone for your kind thoughts.

My post was not a plea for money. Its just that I was shocked at the price tag. Had I know it was going to be that much I would have planned for it. Not knowing I would have that expence, I spent my monye on other things - Got my hair done bought some clothes, planned a trip to Milcon to see my family.

Like most of us, I just don't have an extra 300.00 lying around. I have a call in to the Doc to see if I can just come in for a shot for now. See if I can just get a shot or 2 to get me through till next payday. YOU guys know the routine.

Is there any way you can just pay for one or two of them right now from the pharmacy and pick up more when you have the money?

Do pharmacies do that?  I would think you could split the RX or something....right?

I'm sorry Gena, that really bites!

Melly's idea is a good one. I feel your pain Sis. That same med has been a lifesaver for me and I do my own injections under orders of my neuro.

I gotta put my room on my credit card. I am short but I can donate 20.00 to the cause. Feel shitty about that amount but count me in.  Kiss

They won't do that here in Indiana. If you diecide to take and pay for a partial script, you forfeit the rest of the script.

We'll be there, but we don't need any money folks.  Save it for the OUCH auction.
