You have one, and only one, chance to stop the next Hitler/Stalin/Hussein, but it requires you to personally kill an innocent child who you know will lead a good and benefitial life otherwise (maybe the child will be the bad guy's grandfather, or have some other role in bad guy coming to existence)... Would you do it?
Post or not... You'll do what you want anyways right? And in case you were wonderin'... My secret, evil, hidden agenda is to ask a bunch of stupid questions for no good reason other than to make y'all wonder what my agenda is.

As long as we are "back" in time and it is prior to the bad person being born I would pass on killing an innocent and wait until the bad person is born again and then take out the guilty.
