Hi all, I am back after a moderately long hiatus from the board. I have been pain free now for just under a month and have been living life fast and furious. I never found a med that gave me relief, my cycle just ended.....I am ever so thankful! For those of you who are episodics like myself, there is hope, and remember that what makes them episodic is that they do end for a time. I feel so bad for the cronics, and wish I could help you. This past cycle was my worst and different in every way from others. I am still like maybe PTSD in that I know that it will return and in the fall. I just need to keep reality in the picture so that it will be "easier" to take my next cycle. Thanks for the support that some of you gave me, it helps a lot...as you know. I'll try to lend support now while I can. Thanks all and CH.com. I can't Dance...well, maybe I can now....

It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.
