Puter geeks HELP!!!

I'm having problems logging in to my credit card online account. It's the only site that refuses to load in a timly manner, when I click the login button, it goes back to the home page for the site, and it takes forever for any of the pages to load.
Have I got a hacker trying to gain access to my credit card account?

Probably not but there may be some spyware that is causing problems on your system.
Go to Trendmicro.com they have a free spyware/virus scan and will clean your system up for you.
You may also want to go to Download.com and get Spybot and Ad-aware SE and run them as well they are good spyware programs and there is not a single one out there that can get your system completely clean so if you run all three of these you system should be pretty clean and run faster. You may also want to do a defrag of your hard drive it is something most over look and can really speed up your system if it is badly fragmented.
The defrag is under Accessories then System Tools.

You may also want to go to Tools drop down menu in your browser and go to options and hit the button to reset your browser setting, something may have changed something that may be causing the problem.

Running pest patrol now, then will run spybot.
Trendmicro will not scan my system for some odd reason. Haven't been able to use it for nearly a year.
What gives with that?

I have always used WebRoot Spy Sweeper, awesome program and it gets things that Adware and McAfee miss. Your problem could also be an issue with the website itself. They could have a problem on their end. HTH

I'm with Tom K on this one... If the credit card site is the only site givin' you trouble, and you're not having any other problems, I would suspect the site is having issues. Check to see if the site has an e-mail address for support issues with the site, or a support page for the site. Maybe you're trying to access the site during peak hours, or perhaps there's a bug in the site somewhere that they are not aware of, or are aware and are working on a solution. A quick e-mail to the site administrator, or support team, should at least help get you an idea what may be going on.
