8. Which of the following amendments to the Constitution does NOT address or guarantee voting rights?
19. What INS form is used to apply to become a naturalized citizen?
I admit to not having memorized every ammendment to the point of telling you whether the 19th, 24th or 17th ammendment was NOT about voting rights.
Which INS form? Irrelevant for most Americans, maybe not to prospective Americans.
I say we throw out those questions and give ourselves an extra 10%, Jonny.

Yeah, I thought that one was unfair too. Flags fly on poles. Strippers hang on poles when they dance ... is that cognitive convergence or what? LOL
