I know what you go through. And while I don't think about you every day, I do think about you often.
I don't pray, but I do hope and wish and keep you in my thoughts.
It's been over a year since my last headache, but I know one day it'll return, one night i'll wake up screaming, but I also know that one day there will be a cure and we will all have pain free days.
So just know that whom ever you are, where ever you are, whenever you're in pain or not, you are in my thoughts. Just know that I understand and eventually we will win the fight.
I know what you go through and please know I'm here, thinking about YOU.
Thank you to all my friends that were thinking of me.

It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.

Optimistic it is but then when I started with the beast, there was only one or two ways to combat this horror and then not very effectively.
