No rest for the weary...*sigh*

I already know the answers. I know that it'll pass..I know that it'll get better. Guess it just hacks me off to no end to think that I can't go to bed and sleep like a normal person. Not sure why I'm even complaining...cause it sure doesn't change it. The 02 knocks the pain right out...only to wake an hour later and go thru the motions again. Then...I get to do it again a third time. Geezz....I'm totally dysfunctional! The after result of the pain leaves me feeling like sh*t. I feel like I've been in a freakin' fight. After 10 months of Kudzu I was able to taper off and use 02. The 02 works very well for me. Matter of fact, the last 6 months I have had more pf time than ever. Then 5 days ago this sh*t came back with a vengeance. I have weird sleeping habits anyway...but I do need some sleep. Truth is...there are many here who have it much worse than I. I know that for some, nothing takes their pain away. I've never come here and complained about my pain...and I feel terrible that I even considered it. Guess it's just a result of no sleep. No vibes for me, please...save them for others who never get a break. I've had more than my share of pf time, but sometimes things get all screwed up, ya know? I'm thankful I can come here...I feel privileged to be a small part of this awesome family. Much love, Jean

Vibes are a lot like love, Jean. Doesn't matter how much is given out, there's always more for those who need it. Sending some out to you today. Hang in there - remember, you're tougher than the beast is. Beast - be gone! Hugs Carol

For me, the more sh*t I take to stop the CH, the worse mine gets. I stopped taking the Melatonin when I went on the Kudzu, Feb, 2005. The first couple weeks on the zu were hell. I discontinued the Melatonin and it seemed to make a big difference. I haven't taken it since then. Guess it wouldn't hurt to try again. Jean

So sorry to see you in pain Jean, we know you can handle it. Your stronger that it is. Complaining might not change it but it does let us know your hurting and will let us know to be there for you if you need us. Matt

Hey..... Rant away. I wish I had had a place to do so rather than scare my family or hide when I was getting hit. I know you're gonna do better but it still pisses me off that anyone has to deal with something like this. Hit the beast with everything. Try to keep him so far off balance that he never recovers. Jean my last cycle went weird the same way, sorta kinda. 02 and it quit, within 15 minutes it was back. This was steady till I finally gave up and threw in a maxalt, then it would let me sleep. Just what worked once for me. Good luck dear.

Jean, sorry your having a rough time right now. 02 has only worked for me while I'm using it. I've never tried the famous Clustermask, have you ? Maybe it will work better. I hope the Melatonin works this time around. You're a great supporter and you have more right than anyone here to complain, bitch, moan or scream all ya want. VIBES heading your way.

So sorry you're hurting. I hate that...just when you think it's gone, the beast decides to pay a visit. At least the 02 works. It works for me also and the seeds. Gosh those seeds have saved my life. I feel them coming on, I dose and they're gone. Scary thing to think if the beast will find a way around the seeds one day though.... Like Chewy, I also thought of Melatonin. Let us know if it helps. Hang in there. Lots of Hugs, Langa
