What a fantastic time we had!!!!!
Spent Thursday night with Jayne and she took us to the airport the next morning on her way to work. Pepper had arranged for a limo to pick us up at LaGuardia and took us to the hotel(Thanks Pep)

Saturday Langa, Pep and her daughter Erica came into the city and spent the day with us. We had lunch at BB Kings and watched a Beatles Cover Band called Strawberry Fields. Langa got right in the middle of it. We left and she laid down for about an hour in our hotel room while we walked around Times Square. We came back and she felt better.

That night we ate at Langan's. Eric was late and arrived just as we headed back to the hotel. We visited for awhile and took Langa to her car as she had to get back. Eric, Pep, Ruthie and I headed to Times Square and ended up at The HA Comedy Club at 11:30. At 2 am we are walking the streets back to our hotel. Great night.

The next day we met Pep for lunch at Shelly's next to Central Park and saw where she worked.

We finally met up with Scott and Jenny (hoped I spelled that right) at the Peking Duck Restaurant. Everyone knew him there. He must be a big wig. What a great couple! We may have talked them into coming to the convention if they can clear their schedule.

I am not gonna go into a trip report on what all we did, but we hit New York hard and saw all that we had planned to see. But just as important to me as seeing New York, was seeing old friends and meeting new ones. It was a trip I shall never forget. Thanks gang for showing us New York and making us feel sooo special.

PS. I will download the pics this afternoon and post some or post a link to them.

What a great entree to the nain meal of the Convention next month. I am getting stoked to meet up with my old buds and meet new ones.

Love you guys,
Jimi

Jimi, it sounds like you had a fantastic time!

Please send me some tips of what to go and see in New York as I'll be fortunate enough to go and experience the city on the 10th of July and again the 19th to the 22nd.

Can't wait to see your pics and to meet you at the convention Grin
