Subject of CH came up at my annual review last week. Boss asked how I was doing with the headaches. I told her that stress prevented CH attacks and I am now into my 4th year of remission. How long have you been with us she asks. Going into my 4th year I said. She has a pretty good sense of humor. After a pensive pause she breaks into a big smile and says: Well...........Glad we could help! I have a special project for you again. LMAO!

Stress does the same for me. Seems to keep the beast at bay. My boss gives me looks like I'm a nut case when I keep asking for more work load. Funny how most (non CH) folks think stress brings on cycles. Glad your boss has a sense of humor Chew. -P.

Am I the only one who feels stress is a trigger? It doesn't start a cycle or even a HA for me, but when I am stressed they seem to be worse.

You've overstayed your welcome since the day we met but it doesn't seem to matter to you. No medications are your master, nothing makes you fret, it's a helpless feeling having nothing I can do

Too much or too little stress are the culprits for me. Need to stay in a balance or yes, the hits are worse. Pegg

The end of a stressful situation will trigger mine or make them worse. But sometimes just stress alone will bring them on. Although they are not as bad as the end of a stressful event. Does this make any sense to anyone else. lashultz

Stress seems to be the best enviroment for me. My Ch is less intense, and they are farther apart. Heat on the other hand is killer.
