Convention Travel - UPDATED

Right now, this is what I have for travel:
These people will be picked up at the Milwaukee airport
Tuesday, July 11 arrivals:
Svenn & Bente - 3:35pm (Teresa will pick you up at baggage claim, with an OUCH sign)
Jasmyn - 5:48pm (Teresa will pick you up at baggage claim, with an OUCH sign)
Wednesday, July 12 arrivals:
Charlie - 12:46pm (Cuddlepumpkin will pick you up at baggage claim)
Kirk - 2:05pm @ Amtrak station (Nancy will pick you up)
Rori (party of 2) - 7:00pm (Teresa or ASB will pick you up at baggage claim, with an OUCH sign)
Thursday, July 13 arrivals:
Pep - 8:00am (Bill/brewcrew will pick you up)
Jonny - 8:04am (Bill/brewcrew will pick you up)
Chuck - 11:07am (ASB will pick you up at baggage as long as you're not wearing the pink thong)
Rickyshot - 12:10pm (Teresa or ASB will pick you up at baggage claim, with an OUCH sign)
SandyC - 1:00pm (Teresa or ASB will pick you up at baggage claim, with an OUCH sign)
Richr8 - 3:10pm (Bill/brewcrew will pick you up)
Wildhaus - 3:35pm (Bill/brewcrew will pick you up)
MR - 5:16pm (Teresa or ASB will pick you up at baggage claim, with an OUCH sign if it's Teresa)
Linda Howell - 5:25pm (Teresa or ASB will pick you up at baggage claim, with an OUCH sign if it's Teresa)
Andrea & Carol (party of 3) - 5:59pm (ride to hotel is covered)
Please let me know your travel arrangements so we can set up transportation for you to the hotel. We will not allow anyone to take a cab to the hotel! 
I will make sure that everyone on this list has my cell phone number - call it if you can't find your ride, or for any other reason.
